Rights To Suspend or Terminate
You agree that the World Best Market website, in its own discretion, may terminate any listing, bidding, buying, selling, swapping, opened stores, posted classified ads, submitted projects or use of this website service immediately and without notice if (a) we believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web site; (b) you have broken a certain term/condition of this website; (c) you have listed, sold, bid, bought, swapped, opened store selling for, posted classified ads for or submitted projects for a forbidden/suspicious item; (d) we believe you to be a non-paying bidder/buyer. In most cases when we suspect a foul play by a user, we will suspend his/her user account whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive, then his/her user account with us will be terminated.

User Conduct
Users are solely responsible for the contents of their actions through the World Best Market website. Users must ensure that their participations in bidding, buying, listing, selling, swapping, opening stores, posting classified ads or submitting reverse auction projects do not violate any applicable laws and/or regulations. By this we mean that users must check that they are entitled to list, sell, swap, bid or buy relevant items, open store selling for, post classified ads for or submit reverse auction projects for the relevant items, and that they are not prohibited from doing so by laws and/or regulations.

Users must not transmit through this website service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. Users must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law and/or regulation.

Membership
It is free for users to sign up for World Best Market user accounts. When a new user signs up for a user account, (1) he/she is strongly requested not to use a free email address, because comparatively free email addresses are not secure and may mistake business emails from this website for junk emails. Users may have chances not receiving important emails regarding their bidding, buying, listing, selling or swapping. Not using a free email address will really help a user a lot on World Best Market; (2) all required registration fields are mandatory and must be filled correctly. Any user's omission and/or misrepresentation in his/her registration fields and user account will get his/her user account suspended and/or banned. There are no any financial compensations for any losses of the suspended/banned user accounts. Purchasers, sellers and/or traders representing business organizations including corporations, companies, other profit-making business organizations and non-profit organizations must enter their correct and complete business/company names, including the correct and complete names of non-profit organizations. Otherwise, business organizations' purchasers, sellers and/or traders who omit or fail to enter their correct and complete business/company names at the time when they sign up for World Best Market user accounts and in their user accounts will get their user accounts suspended and/or banned. There are no any financial compensations for any losses of the suspended/banned user accounts. Membership to the World Best Market website is only available to those who can form a legally binding contract. The World Best Market website does not permit minors (under 18 years old) to register. If any user fails to sign up with the correct age, his/her user account will be terminated immediately.

Sellers and/or traders are required to select correct, related, and fitting categories and subcategories to set up and proceed their effective and salable listing, selling and/or swapping, and/or opening their effective and salable stores. Any user, when posting classified ads or submitting reverse auction projects, is also required to select correct, related, and fitting categories and subcategories for their classified ads or reverse auction projects. Please do not select incorrect, unrelated or unfitting categories and subcategories for listing, selling, swapping, opening stores, posting classified ads, or submitting reverse auction projects. Otherwise, those incorrect, unrelated or unfitting listing, selling, swapping, opened stores, posted classified ads or submitted reverse auction projects will be removed for the sake of all other users and all visitors on the World Best Market website, and like any listing, selling, swapping, opened store, posted classified ad or submitted reverse auction project that will be removed because of violating the website terms/conditions without any financial compensations for any losses, those removed listing, selling, swapping, opened stores, posted classified ads or submitted reverse auction projects do not have any financial compensations for any losses.

PLEASE NOTE: all items listed must be illustrated with pertinent, accurate, correct words. Any items that are illustrated with irrelevant, inaccurate, incorrect words will be removed and the user accounts of the users who have listed such items will be suspended and/or banned. There are no financial compensations for such items' removals and such user accounts' suspensions and/or bans.

Featured items listed must be shown in their pertinent, accurate, correct photo pictures without contact info and watermarks, or must be illustrated with their pertinent, accurate, correct images without contact info, if the items are hard to be shown in their photo pictures correctly. Otherwise, the items cannot be listed as featured items and will be removed from the featured item listings. And, all non-featured items listed are strongly requested to be shown in their pertinent, accurate, correct photo pictures without contact info and watermarks or illustrated with their pertinent, accurate, correct images without contact info if the items are hard to be shown in their photo pictures correctly. World Best Market reserves the right to edit or remove any items with irrelevant, inaccurate, incorrect photo pictures or images, and to edit or remove any items without photo pictures or images. As usual, the user accounts of the users who have listed items with irrelevant, inaccurate, incorrect photo pictures or images will be suspended and/or banned. The user accounts of the users who have repeatedly listed items without any photo picture or image will be suspended and/or banned. There are no financial compensations for such items' editing and/or removals, and for such user accounts' suspensions and/or bans, from the World Best Market website.

PLEASE NOTE: when listing items for sale and/or swap in categories/subcategories and/or in stores, and when posting classified ads or submitting reverse auction projects on our fair marketplace, users are forbidden to publicly display such contact information as e-mail addresses, fax numbers, Skype user IDs and online messenger user IDs, website domain names and URLs, text links, photo pictures/images that have contact info or others Except telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers and physical street addresses Only, for the sake of fair opportunities for and fair bidding on listed items, and for the sake of all bidders and buyers. Violators will get their listings removed and/or get their user accounts suspended/banned, without any financial compensations for any losses of their removed listings and/or their suspended/banned user accounts. World Best Market website users, after logging into their user accounts, can contact each other via the user accounts' internal communication facility.

Any user makes responsible for a legal obligation bind with an item's bidding, buying, listing, selling or swapping during the bidding, buying, listing, selling or swapping the item, any user makes responsible for a legal obligation bind with a posted classified ad, an opened store or a submitted reverse auction project after posting the classified ad, opening the store or submitting the reverse auction project, and any user legally binds with his/her trade, payment and related activities, on the World Best Market website.

Suspended or banned user accounts do not have any financial compensations for any losses of the suspended or banned user accounts.

PLEASE NOTE: users who are suspended or banned are prohibited from registering new user accounts, and prohibited from bidding, buying, listing, selling, swapping, opening stores, posting classified ads or submitting reverse auction projects on World Best Market using any other existing user accounts. World Best Market reserves the right to suspend or ban such existing user accounts or new user accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a suspended/banned user or by any other associates of a suspended/banned user. Suspended/banned user accounts' bidding, buying, listing, selling, swapping, opened stores, posted classified ads or submitted reverse auction projects will be removed without any financial compensations for any losses of the removed bidding, buying, listing, selling, swapping, opened stores, posted classified ads or submitted reverse auction projects.

General Terms
The World Best Market website acts as the window for buyers, sellers and/or traders to conduct online bidding, buying, listing, selling, swapping, opening stores, posting classified ads or submitting reveres auction projects. We are not involved in the real trade and/or real transactions between buyers and sellers, and between traders. porn contents and services,

government IDs and licenses,

unlicensed lotteries,

Registered users who list, sell, swap, bid, buy, open store selling, post classified ads for or submit reverse auction projects for the forbidden items will get their user accounts suspended and/or banned, without any financial compensations for any losses of their suspended/banned user accounts and without any financial compensations for any losses of their items' listing, selling, swapping, bidding, buying, store selling, posted classified ads or submitted reverse auction projects, or of their items themselves. World Best Market reserves the right to take further actions.

World Best Market can not condone this website's users who promote or glorify hate, violence, racial intolerance or other misdeeds. Judiciously World Best Market disallows users promoting or glorifying hatred, violence, racial intolerance or other misdeeds from using the website.
